Fire Safety Measures

Prioritizing your safety, we ask you to follow these fire safety rules:
  • Do not leave televisions, radios, lamps, and other electrical appliances unattended when turned on.
  • The use of your personal electrical appliances, which are not hotel equipment, is not allowed if they malfunction.
  • Never cover lit floor lamps, table lamps, or wall sconces.
  • In accordance with Section 5, Part 1, Article 12 of Federal Law No. 15-FZ dated 23.02.2013 "On the Protection of Citizens' Health from Exposure to Tobacco Smoke and the Consequences of Tobacco Consumption," smoking on the aparthotel premises is PROHIBITED!
  • It is forbidden to bring and store flammable substances and materials in the room.
  • Try to remember the location of exits and stairs on your floor for evacuation in case of fire.
  • Familiarize yourself with the location of evacuation exits on your floor. Exits are shown on the plans located near your room’s entrance door and in the elevator halls.

IN CASE OF FIRE IN THE ROOM:
  • Immediately report the incident to the fire department by dialing "01" from a landline or "112" from a mobile phone, and inform the aparthotel administrator.
  • If you cannot extinguish the fire on your own, leave the apartment and close the door.
  • Be sure to inform the hotel staff and the aparthotel administrator about the fire.
  • Leave the danger zone and follow the instructions of the administration or fire department.

IN CASE OF FIRE OUTSIDE YOUR ROOM:
  • Immediately report the incident to the fire department by dialing "01" from a landline or "112" from a mobile phone, and inform the aparthotel administrator.
  • Leave your room, closing windows and doors beforehand.
  • If the corridors and stairwells are heavily smoke-filled and you cannot leave the room, stay inside and open the windows wide.
  • A closed and well-sealed door can reliably protect you from dangerous temperatures.
  • To avoid smoke inhalation, seal gaps and ventilation openings with water-soaked towels and bed linens.
  • Try to inform the administration of your location.
  • When firefighters arrive, go to the window and signal for help.

Remember, using the elevator during a fire is FORBIDDEN!
When the fire alarm sounds, leave the room and wait for further instructions from the administration.
