Resort fee

Dear Guests,
In accordance with Federal Law No. 214-FZ of July 29, 2017, a resort fee of 50 rubles per person per day will be charged from all guests staying in the apartments from June 1, 2023, to December 31, 2024.

Resort Fee Period:
From June 1, 2023, to December 31, 2024.

Resort Fee Amount:
50 rubles per person per day.

The resort fee to be paid is calculated as the product of the number of nights the guest actually stays in the accommodation and the resort fee amount. For example, if a guest stays in the apartments for 10 days (9 nights), the total resort fee for the entire stay will be 450 rubles (9 nights x 50 rubles).

Resort Fee Payers:
The resort fee must be paid by every adult guest staying in the hotel city for more than 24 hours.

Payment of the Fee:
The resort fee is paid on the day of check-in to the apartments via non-cash payment using a QR code. Payment of the resort fee through bank branches is not provided.

Federal Law (Part 1, Article 7) provides a list of categories of citizens exempt from paying the resort fee.

Exempt from the Resort Fee:

• Local residents and property owners in the resort area;
• Children under 18 years old;
• WWII participants, combat veterans, family members of deceased veterans;
• Disabled individuals (Groups I and II), sometimes their companions;
• Heroes of Russia or the Soviet Union;
• Liquidators of nuclear power plant accidents;
• Tuberculosis patients;
• Low-income families;
• Athletes and physical culture specialists;
• Individuals who have come to the resort area for specialized medical care or rehabilitation under compulsory medical insurance;
• Individuals accompanying child patients under 18 years old;
• Full-time students under 24 years old studying at educational institutions located in the resort area;
• Individuals permanently working in the resort area in commercial firms or public service.

Exemption from the resort fee is granted upon presentation by the guest at check-in of the original document confirming their right to exemption from the resort fee or a copy of this document certified in the prescribed manner. Exemption from the resort fee may also be granted based on a written statement from the accompanied person or their legal representative.

Responsibility:
Failure to pay the resort fee will result in an administrative fine ranging from 500 to 2000 rubles.
